That’s me at the edge of that very tall cliff, the same me who used to be afraid to climb a five foot tall boulder.
I’ve come to believe we inherit an emotional DNA from our parents that is as real as any physical DNA, they pass on their fear and limitations as well as their love and courage. We stay where we are, until we decide to move to where we want to be.
I don’t know if there IS such a thing as being totally fearless. But I DO know we can live fearlessly; that the risks that seem to be so high or huge are often paper tigers; that in identifying, confronting and surpassing our fears through our actions, we are truly, completely alive.
If you don’t have the job or relationship or life you wish you had, you may have decided to buy into the lie that says you can’t.
You can.
And when you’re ready to move up and forward in your life, I’m ready to be your coach and champion.
